Disclosure based on the Funds Settlement Act (Funds Transfer)

1. Type 2 Funds Transfer Service Provider
We are registered as a "Type 2 Funds Transfer Service Provider" in accordance with the Funds Settlement Act.

2. Deposit Protection
Regarding Kyash Money held in your Kyash Money Account, we have entered into a Security Agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in order to fully refund your Kyash Money balance in the event of our bankruptcy. As a funds transfer service provider, we have an obligation to secure the Users assets, based on the calculation of the Users Kyash Money balance (our outstanding debt to the users) for each day for one week period, and shall make a security deposit equivalent to the highest amount of those calculated amount, within the three business of the said one week calculating period.

3. Our Remittance service is different from the Remittance service conducted by Banks
1. Our Remittance service is different from the Remittance service conducted by Explanation of Non-Foreign Exchange Transactions by  banks or other financial institutions.
2. We do not accept cash deposits, savings, or time deposits (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the Banking Act, including subsequent amendments) through this service.
3. This service is not subject to the payment of insurance benefits as stipulated in Article 53 of the Deposit Insurance Act (Law No. 34 of 1971) and Article 55 of the Agricultural and Fishery Cooperatives Savings Insurance Act (Law No. 53 of 1973).
4. To protect the users of this service, the SecurityDeposit Rule has been established based on the Act on Payment Services (Law No. 59 of 2009). We have deposited an amount exceeding the required maximum amount of security deposit with the Legal Affairs Bureau.
5. Users of this service have the right to receive a refund from the security deposit equivalent to the balance of Kyash Money held in their Kyash Money Account when exercising their rights under the Act on Payment Services. If Kyash Money is assigned, the right to receive such refund also to be assigned  from the transferor to the transferee.

4. Other Important Information Regarding This Service:
The terms used in this agreement shall have the following meanings:
1. Generally, each procedure will be carried out immediately after acceptance. However, the processing hours for withdrawals to bank accounts may vary depending on the financial institution. In the case of remittance to merchants, the transfer will be completed within a predetermined period agreed upon between us and the merchant.
2. Please refer to the "Various Fees" section for the fees that users are responsible for when using this service.
3. In addition to this important information, please also review the "Kyash Money Account Terms and Conditions" when using this service.
4. Kyash Money can be purchased through bank transfers, transfers to dedicated accounts, convenience stores, Seven Bank ATMs, and using Pay-easy. Additionally, you can charge Kyash Money by using the proceeds from our affiliated services.
5. The limits for Kyash Money are as follows:
Remittance Amount:
Up to 1 million yen per transaction (However, for users without an IC chip card, the limit is up to 100,000 yen per transaction, and for users with an IC chip card, the initial limit is set at 300,000 yen, which may be gradually increased at our discretion.)
Withdrawal Amount:
- For transfers to bank accounts: Up to 1 million yen per day.
- For withdrawals from ATMs: Up to 300,000 yen per day.
- For merchant payments: Up to 1 million yen per day.
(However, for users without an IC chip card, the limit is up to 100,000 yen per transaction, and for users with an IC chip card, the initial limit is set at 300,000 yen, which may be gradually increased at our discretion.)
Top-up Limit:
Up to 1 million yen per transaction (However, for users without an IC chip card, the limit is up to 100,000 yen per transaction, and for users with an IC chip card, the initial limit is set at 300,000 yen, which may be gradually increased at our discretion.)
Kyash Money Account Balance Limit:
Up to 1 million yen.

6. Kyash Money does not have an expiration date.
7. The Kyash Money Account can be canceled by either of the following the procedures at your choice:
A: Cancel the account after using, remitting, or withdrawing the balance of Kyash Money in the Kyash Money Account, leaving the balance to a "0" (zero) state.
B: Immediate cancellation. In this case, we will initiate the cancellation process after remitting or withdrawing the user's funds to the bank account registered in the App or notified to us. Any fees incurred for such remittance or withdrawal will be borne by the user.
8. The Kyash Money Account Terms of Conditions  do not have a contract period.
9. In the event of the deletion or termination of the Kyash Money Account for any reason, all rights of the user related to the Kyash Money Account, Kyash Money in the account, and other associated rights will be extinguished, regardless of the reason.
10. Users can check the balance of Kyash Money on the top page (or registered top page) of the Kyash app.
11. Setting a password is required when using this service. Users are responsible for strictly managing their passwords and must not disclose or leak them to others.

For disputes between customers and our company, the Japan Payment Service Association has entrusted the resolution to the dispute resolution institutions operated by the above-mentioned bar associations. Therefore, please directly contact the bar association for resolution. If you submit a complaint to the Japan Payment Service Association, they will handle the matter on your behalf. Dispute resolution by the bar associations is based on an agreement between the Japan Payment Service Association and each bar association to resolve disputes related to our company. Even if you reside outside Tokyo, you can use the arbitration centers mentioned above. In that case, after hearing the parties' preferences, it is possible to use the arbitration center of a bar association in a region other than Tokyo that is convenient for the user's access.

5. Compensation for Unauthorized Use:
In case Kyash Money is used fraudulently without the user's consent, compensation will be provided. Please refer to the "Compensation for Unauthorized Use" for more information.
